Στις τιμές περιλαμβάνονται όλοι οι νόμιμοι φόροι. 

 Ο καταναλωτής δεν έχει υποχρέωση να πληρώσει εαν δεν λάβει το νόμιμο παραστατικό. (αγ.διάταξη 4/ΦΕΚ 3313/β/12-12-2012)
